Mike Byrd

President & CEO

Mr. Byrd has dedicated his career to the Military, Academia, Government, and Profit/Nonprofit organizations in the areas of Operations, Training, and Leadership Development. He has over 20 years of distinguished service with the United States Air Force (USAF) with assignments throughout the Globe. Mike served on the Airlift Control Element (ALCE) Team, as one of the first arrivals to the Middle East for Desert Shield/Desert Storm and as a Government Contractor for NORAD-US Northern Command after 9-11. He believes in high values, a strong work ethic, and a solid integrity for all that is done. He encourages all, for a deeper purpose in their journey of life and enjoys celebrating the WINS with the TEAM.

Doug Scherling

Vice President of Operations

Doug Scherling is an experienced Attorney, and Corporate Executive. His experience spans various contracting areas primarily federal government contracting, construction, and working with non-profit entities. Doug is familiar with the FAR, FAR supplements, and other Federal requirements; Colorado’s procurement code as well as a number of local procurement procedures. He is a Small Business professional assisting in business development and providing executive/operational management services. He is an expert in Proposal Writing/Management and leads in all Project/Program Management needs for Allegiance. Doug was instrumental in successfully leading all logistical needs in the move of the Allegiance Headquarters to a new location, thereby allowing for a greater expansion and capacity to meet the new demands of a growing organization.

Christie Miller

Office Manager/HR

Christie Miller is the office manager for Allegiance Consulting, Inc. A graduate of the University of Northern Colorado she has spent much of her career working in public education. Christie is married, has two wonderful sons and two adorable dogs. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends.

John Norris

Director – National Sales Accounts 

John has over sixteen years of Information Technology (IT) Professional Services experience with both Private Sector and Government entities, from start-ups to Fortune 100-1000 companies. John has forged long-term relationships built upon integrity and trust throughout his career. John has been recognized many times for his achievements in Account Management and is one that strives to build the greatest relationships possible for all of the accounts that he serves.
