401(k) Plan - Allegiance recognizes the efforts and service of its employees by offering a 401(k) savings plan. All full-time employees can participate in the 401(k) plan immediately.

Chiropractic And Complimentary Alternative Medicine - Participants in the Allegiance Health Plan are offered an extensive network of chiropractic and complementary alternative medicine (CAM) providers who practice acupuncture, naturopathy and massage therapy.
Life Insurance/ (AD&D) - All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the company-sponsored life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance.
Short Term And Long Term Disability Insurance - All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the company-sponsored disability insurance.
Employee Assistance Program - All employees participating in the Allegiance Health Plan have accessibility to Allegiance’s Employee Assistance Program. Allegiance recognizes that a wide range of problems such as marital or family distress, alcoholism, and drug abuse can be detrimental to an employee’s performance on the job. This program provides confidential assessments, counseling, and referrals for job-related, personal and family problems.
